CSC has developed new magnetic alloy powder cores for the first time in the world. CSC’s CK cores are cores are distributed air gap cores made from Fe-Si alloy powders for low losses at high frequencies. CK cores will offer cost-effective solutions where high energy storage capacity with low core losses are needed. CK cores are strong at audible noise with near zero magnetostriction coefficient materials and powdered structure. CK cores are not pressed with an organic binder, therefore do not exhibit any thermal aging effects also. CK series will give best solutions of large current applications at moderate price.
